I specialize in building strength, resilience, and long-term health through customized, injury-aware, and solo-safe fitness programs for people of all abilities.

Not at all. Whether you’re brand new to fitness, returning from injury, or looking to optimize your performance, I meet you where you’re at — physically and mentally. My programming is personalized to your current level and built to progress with you.

Adaptive training means tailoring fitness programs to your unique body, goals, and limitations. Whether you’re an amputee, dealing with pain, or just need a more customized approach, I design workouts that work for you — not against you.
