To me, fitness isn’t just about hitting PRs or looking good—it’s about being strong and healthy for what and who I love.

More Than Fitness

My work extends beyond the gym. I’m also a founding member of The Resilient, a band comprised primarily of combat-wounded veterans using music to inspire strength and connection. Through our performances and stories, we aim to show that resilience isn’t just a word—it’s a way of life.

That same mission lives through The Reborn Project, a nonprofit I am deeply involved, that’s dedicated to supporting veterans, first responders and their spouses and caretakers who are struggling—physically, emotionally, or spiritually. Through live events, creative expression, and community outreach, we help people rediscover their strength, reclaim their identity, and rebuild a life of purpose.
